I have a question in regards to the suspension that's probably been answered somewhere, so forgive me. Please bear with me.
ASX suspends ISX for investigation by them and ASIC. ASX asks their questions and only yesterday JK said the ASX investigation will be addressed to the market within 48hrs. An indication that ASX investigation is complete? Meanwhile ASIC investigation seems to be ongoing. Only ASX has the power to suspend and lift suspension. (It is their exchange after all)
So if ASX investigation is actually complete, regardless of ASIC ongoing, (considering ASIC and ISX seem to be in constant communication for the lifespan of ISX) is it possible ASX will lift suspension if they are satisfied with their side of things? Cheers
