Niraj, I would only say to you that the Independent Expert has proven to be the exact antithesis of their name sake. Both parties were given a time line completely to the contrary of the reality. One cannot blame either party for the shenanigans of the last FEW MONTHS DELAY , by what an independently rational person would call, quite justifiably CRAP.
i don’t know the intricacies, nor history of these Independent Experts, but who on this thread, shareholder or not would not say this is a disgrace!!!
Cant the INDEPENDENT EXPERT be answerable to the ASX for this delay. Why would ASX listed companies employ these dunderheads if this is the NORM!!
Nuff said, just looking for closure on this absolute FARCE
