The seed shares are being offered at only 2c, with a 5c option. Re-listing will be at 3c with strong news flow expected in the first 6 months. There are additional projects simmering in the background that we hope to begin once re-listed. Call or email if you want to know more.

Looking at comparable companies with projects in the US:
Winchester Energy [ASX:WEL], share price 6c, MC=$34.1M
Fremont Petroleum [ASX:FPL], share price 0.008, $13.4M
- At a 3c relisting, our MC would be only $11M, so we'd hope there would be some improvement as investors compare to peers.

Some of the seed has been taken up by previous board members. It is first come, first serve until seed is raise.

3c relisting, how does this effect existing holders when last price before suspension was 0.3c?
