Hi
@Names little thanks for asking.
If i upset any holders apologies, but i am committed to GXY and feeling good with my investment choice.
Firstly the SP is a daily snapshot, but certainly is not what you would need to pay to buy the company. Cant buy the company today for 82c and unlikely $2.00, maybe $3.00 if their are enough people who need a get out of jail card.
I have posted here numerous times that my low SP valuation price is 76c and my high is around $1.46. Cash on hand in that valuation is around 62c, could you buy the company for $1.46? NO
I agree with you it is easily possible to trade below COH, but usually not for extended periods.
I like what
@bilulu said in regards to MQG valuation of SDV & JB "The "potential" (SDV, JB, A40) is valued to nothing because "nothing tangible has been happening for ages". " He's right. That could change quickly but currently i value it low as well, until we get an update.
Back to the 50c, well maybe im a masochist as i cant recall ever buying a company that i have gone onto make plenty of coin without at some point being in the red, usually by alot. Im in the red on GXY but not by alot but enough to make me much more focussed. Now most companies SP goes up the escalator and down in the lift at some point, GXY charts do the opposite the last 3 big rises, so its a slow burn, which im not keen on, death of a thousand cuts, better 1 big fall and then decide what to do.
So my finger is now getting itchy as we are closing in on my 76c as ive got a fair bit of cash on the sidelines from some recent sales of AHG, NUF and CTX (sorry i know its an oil company but its undervalued). So if its going to go low go low and hard quick before any SDV update. The 50c is wishful thinking on my part as i know its seriously undervalued. Thats all, to get a bargain to hold for the longterm 3 - 5 years.
The scaling back operations will be cash flow positive for Q4 as 1.2mt of ore is stockpiled that mining costs have already expensed. They still have about 40kt of finished spod too.
Can see us hitting 76c next week if wall street has a bad day so when to buy? Still thinking to be honest.
Sorry for the long post, and may not answer your question.
DYOR JMHO
Cheers
Good luck holders.
