What makes you believe it will multibag? So 15c minimum I take that as. If offtakes were for 100% of the crop, I would definitely expect a double digits SP, which could still happen in the short term.
The 30%/$15m offtake I think is incredibly likely. Green tick. You then have to factor in operating costs/loan repayment & expansion plans. Remaining 70% sale of the crop could be many months away.
I'm of the thinking, depending on newsflow, it will reach high 6c max & settle lower.
Knowing more of their future plans & costs involved is key. Very eager to hear what they have planned.
