My understanding is that the Annual reports are a summary of what happened in the previous year. Any negotiations for an agreement would have to be ann when it occurred and cannot be held over. They would need to go into a trading halt. However, given that the 5c options are due dec Im picking that an ann will be released soon. Probably before the AGM. It will most likely be fluff but enough to lift the SP into the teens. All IMO
