skols crabulous little point has basically been to say the noted macro bulls were wrong for significant periods - though he doesnt say it that pithily or hadnt before he got gb77 banhammered - and its all laced with arsenic of illogical anti gold views based on nothing but his own bile. hes part right on a but it doesnt prove b...

but its important to acknowledge there is a shred of reason in what he;s saying =- and a much bigger dose in what you are saying

and where the rubber hits the road for both is to acknowledge macro long dated bull calls are wrong for long periods and so pose a danger of being misleading - people often lose significant sums to such generic views if they lack the technical and economic background to interpret them in terms of timing.

very few retail investors are sufficiently wealthy that they can just let gold go 800- 1900-1150 without trading

even just acknowledging austrians are only one school in fact admits of the fact he can be wrong to be a perma bull.

not that i believe that. im in that camp myself.

and yes - i do recognise skol warps the topic by ignoring any caveats any of those pundits do caution people with - because he's just so battered spouse about the whole situation

but i think it has to be acknowledged that rickards in particular has been net bad for both understanding and investment returns of gold sector

schiff to me is more a victim of his own notoriety - they only tend to wheel him out to the big media when gold's already been running hard

im prolly killing electrons for no really good reason here.

dont desire to be particularly argumentative.

but a debate is one way to kill time while waiting for the US to open

Aussie rising which sucks for Gold..
Hopefully Dow in red tonight..
