A low ball takeover is in the control of the share holders and can only be achieved if allowed to by existing share holders. If holders accept low ball offer than take over results in disgruntled share holders saying they got taken for a ride. If costings, valuations and quantities that have appeared here on hot copper from time two time are at least near correct then it is up to current share holders to set the price for a high quality sort after commodity and not accept the low ball offer. I propose that a more positive discussion to be carried out here would be to high light the potential of what we have and use known data to create valuations as has been done previously to demonstrate to all at what price you would be taken for a ride and at what price would be fair value. Convince people not to sell too cheap. As long as we hold enough shares we are price setters if we have the collective strength to do so. Should be a new thread: Convince me not to sell under .25. A thread like this may also have the ability to put the cat among the pigeons with the purchaser if it was sustained. United we stand and well I'm sure we know the rest.
