China & US trade war is just another event which will be soon sorted out like all others including Europe debt crisis, Greek, Japan & China South Sea tension, North Korea & US tension......
For commodities, economies of sales and grade are coming first, nothing else matters.
Back to rare earth, It has had its good time due to trade war, but it doesn't matters, economic 101 will determine the company fate.
OVL has already pumped from 0.2c to 1.2c.
It's high risk for new investors, imo.
