    QAD is a satelite service provider with U.S defence contracts as well as a small but emerging telco.
    Has improved profit results from all 3 core businesses and has cash in the bank. Current share price is 3.7 cents and a yearly price range between 2c and 6.1 c.
    I don't own QAD but am researching at the moment. Any holders/fans, your comments would be appreciated
