Could you please tell us how you come to the conclusion that LUM is due for a bear rally and how you think it will go to 50cents? From my observation of LUM's chart, relative strength is poor, volume is average, it doesn't appear to be oversold, it's been in a downtrend since early October and it appears to be in a classic Weinstein stage 4 trend. I do concede that all of the above is T/A. Is there something fundamental I am missing?
Am I also mistaken in thinking that it is fear and greed that drives share prices?
