It may have been reasonable in these poor times except for the deliberate churning and trashing of the price in the last month or so.
THEY finally get the price where THEY want it and the rest of us suffer for it.
I am with you Vayama. If you asked any of us last month about the placement price there wouldn't have been many suggesting 18c.
