yeah really quite obvious.
My thoughts are that they got over the line with the revenue by whatever means (sus) and received their bonus shares.
Then the revenue dropped like an anchor (super sus).
*** I never liked it and so did some well respected investors I believe.
Then there has been a falling out from a person or persons who should have received their bonus shares but didn't and he, they, she have spilt the beans on how the bonus shares revenue were achieved.
There may be a court case around this issue i'm not sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And that has started off the investigation.
Could be wrong (most likely) but seems like this could be the way it rolled.
If so there is possibly major "alleged fraud" involved.
I believe ISX will not trade until next year. ???????????????????????????
