As they reportedly had three goes at getting the headline right ie the article had three different titles in a short space of time it is not hard to deduce that something was amiss. Either it was a technical problem or someone stuffed up badly. Whatever the reason they produced a reasonable title on the third attempt. I don't accept that news media change their content because of online posts about it but you do because in this instance it suits your agenda.
