From the Arup announcement 2 weeks ago, refers to giving Arup and McDow till end of October:

"This decision takes into account the anticipated conclusion of commercial discussions in which
ECT is engaged for offtake sales, locally and overseas, and the full acquisition of the Coldry IP."

given that funding is now secure, the statement above would suggest we may have a deal/s before christmas.

i wouldn't be waiting to build a stake after they have announced a deal. Paladar & this market is creating an opportunity to get set now.

the beauty about the pilot plant, is that like arup has proven, it can be expanded rapidly, might start at 150,000 tonnes PA, but it will probably expand to at least 2 mil before 2010.

need some funds to grab some more!
