powerball, Besalco got buckley's chance of coughing up $89m. Most likely scenario is Besalco going broke and their assets all go to CMSB. CMSB then either gets put into liquidation or more likely taken over completely by ADY. But I doubt Besalco will go the distance. Most likely they will negotiate a settlement before Feb. Its worth 89m just get them off the mining site after all the stuff ups they have caused. Any equipment is a bonus.
