Aphria have been selling AGH since August but only notified the ASX today - is this illegal?, page-5

I'm confused wouldn't that mean that Greg Battersby's price for his business would go down from $34 million to $14 million as the shares form part of his sale price for Peak (approx 25,500,000 shares + $4.1 million in cash )????

Doesn't really sound like a win.

I don't really care what he gets for Peak, I just want him to deliver on the $12.5 EBITA as soon as possible as part of the conditions of the acquisition and then the share price will go up as a result of him hopefully delivering. Even without Aphria the patient numbers will continue to grow at a rapid rate.
