Any reason why you want Lynas to takeover ARU?
IMO the significance and size of the project are too much for ARU to manage.
BHP would be my choice to takeover. Under the BHP umbrella the Nolans project could be fast tracked without having to continually focus on how to progress/survive. They also would better handle the bureaucratic burden the project poses.
