Mango, it's pretty safe to suggest it is an agreement pending or they wouldn't be negotiating at the moment.
It's probably best to keep it low key that way with less expectations the better the announcement becomes, like I suggested earlier when the MRP was still with Intec.
"Intec doesn't need the accusation of Insider trading" I think many current share holders would just be happy with Intec management buying up big, let alone insider trading LOL
We've all had our chances to pick up cheap stock, I reckon this agreement it will be something well worth waiting for.
