5 bill per year builds lots of shelter ! roughly 25000 units (if not more)...if we did that on yearly bases...lots and lots of affordable property...other countries have done it succesfully ! (why would government need to maintain it? life long tenants/owners could pay strata fees...they are easily afforded once you knock $ 200 000 of the price of property.)

most of you guys consider yourselves lucky if you make 20 a year and after claiming "expenses" and "devaluations" goverment is lucky to see couple'a'hundred bucks from you at the end of the year !!!
