    Apparently, we can get money from Pensador right now to fund projects.

    We should find something out I would image mid-late next month following the election. Otherwise, Pensador paying the $1M debt will show up in the quarterly.

    As has been said many a time - you either trust management or you don't. If you trust management, then Pensador funds are available for their use right now, including the $12M put in by CVI. If you don't trust them then you shouldn't have your money in the share.
