    Apparently FAS does not have a board seat on GWR. I have previously been informed that a Mr Rudd is not an elected FAS representative on the GWR board as reported by Portman.

    I was informed that he is a founding Director of GWR and represents all shareholders and that FAS is considering to nominate a FAS representative to the GWR board.
