I dont believe legal title or the finacing is finished. CVI needs the legal title sorted before the savvy Swiss bankers help out with the majority of the financing and then and only then will the Insto's touch it and drive up the SP.
What i would like to know from anyone with a legal background is; How does Portugese Law apply to a country that it left nearly 3 decades ago ?
Case in point East Timor. Occupied by the Portugese for 400 years, strife with the Indonesians now independance. Do you think Australia signed the oil (Timor gap) agreement using Portugese law because Timor did not have a fully functioning legal system. I know we are talking about Governements in that cae but the same rules apply.
What juristiction and how bound are Angolans to Portugese law ?
