Without doubt grant64 Howard was one of the worst prime ministers this country ever had.
He was divisive, economically hopeless (but was generally kept away from treasury to avoid a repeat of his time as Frazer's treasurer) and his legacy is the near destruction of the Liberal party since he refused to retire and hand over the reigns.
