From what I've been told, the only thing that the company is waiting to finalise is to select the successful contractor for the transport tender. The tender is closed and the company are sifting through the applications. From what Andrew Radonjic said to me the company are planning everything down to the dollar to make sure they source the best contractor for the requirements of the company. Once that's signed off then the company can start to dig and transport the ore to the port.
