AGIG the owners of the of the Bunbury pipeline would the builders, owners and operators of the gas pipeline to TMT. As such I think AGIG will be taking the risk in building the pipeline. Also if AVL builds a plant in Mullewa, gas will be supplied by the same gas network, so gas pricing and supply affect will be the same. AIMO
