"I dont believe legal title or the finacing is finished. CVI needs the legal title sorted before the savvy Swiss bankers help out with the majority of the financing and then and only then will the Insto's touch it and drive up the SP."

you could be right, which leads me to the question on why tie up CVI money with Pensador while this is not certain.
or is this a ploy by Pensador to keep sp low in order to get more of a stake.
Is this a clawback, a merger, or a reverse takeover. think about that. is all very complicated, Smyth has bought shares in a company that has nothing really, we as shareholders have no idea what funding they have, they have no assets but for what we are giving them.
Yet he buys $12 mill worth of shares.
we will then do a clawback, merger, reverse takeover, what ever you want to call it.
so how much of CVI will we original shareholders own after that. is it still 20% what he was telling people a while back. I mean when are we as shareholders going to be told the full story, one that is documented on the ASX.
I am asking but am told nothing of note. who thinks these questions should be asked.
