I think it's better now to get it fully subscribed. Better to be 7-8c or so and debt free than 11c and still with the debt hanging there. If the company is truly tracking to cash flow positive in the next quarter or two then the share price will rise.
Given it appears the CEO and friends are prepared to stump up $500k, this is a huge sign that company is progressing.

Not sure why though if CEO says ICL wants to distribute the product now that they didn't find a way to make this happen.
