thats the best suggestion i've read here. and hey to be honest it relates to 80% of spec stocks out there imo. The boom brought about many many listings of shell type companies with a tenement and a hope.. very few have lived up to the promises.

as far as directors rising to occasion, it would be great and i'd eat my own words but as i said above, ther are some directors who ya just know, we'll i think i do, they are just in it for the quick buck. You often tell this by the companies shareholding structure (or lack of it.

buddy again mate i've said all along your the one with shares and the choice and ultimately you'll do what you want anyway you will note i've never said anything different.

yes they are assumptions and i believ i clearly stated such also, but as i said your asumption is KZL will raise the stake so i dont see how that differs to my posts.

for now i'll sit back and watch for the result because your getting a bit off topic and seem more interested in discrediting what i am putting out there rather than having a think about it which was my aim, to get a discusion happening by merely pointing out other scenarios. given your post i'm happy to now see if you actually get to laugh.
