"Will need trust deed and incorporate the company. This is where I am seeking advise. Does it really need a high cost lawyer to set up or can it be done low cost via internet service?"

most suburban CPA or chartered accountants who have done a fair bit of trust work for clients should be able to set up the trust deed and buy an off the shelf company for you. In my opinion, they will be cheaper than solicitors. As part of their initial service, they can apply for you tax file number for the trust and the company, and perhaps lodge their first tax and corporate returns for you. I wouldn't recommend you doing all these yourself if you are not familiar with all the steps required.

Who suggests to you to have a company as one of the beneficiaries ?

Just my opinion, not an advice.
