LME tin stockpiles "on warrant " hit a new low after cancelled warrants rose by 295 t.
This brings stockpiles down to 4795 t from previous 4950 t.
The stockpile downtrend is still in massive decline .
If it keeps declining ,at some stage we could see hoarding taking place ,which could cause stockpiles drop dramatically in a quick time .
