no I meant to answer another thread about CNP,where someone asked about any negatives about the company.

I used to shop at Toombul and read a very negative article in the Courier Mail(yes I agree it is a dodgy newspaper),but it gelled with my observations.

Toombul is a run down shopping centre,as is Lutwyche.

Both shopping centres look in need of a major upgrade.(big dollars need to be spent)

If Westfield Chermside or Indooroopilly were cars they would be Rolls Royces.

Centro Toombul and Lutwyche would be second hand Holdens with 3000000k on the clock.

Feedback like this can be very useful.

It is just an observation.

Bear in mind,there are reasons why stocks trade at .25c,and they are USUALLY never good reasons...wink wink
