I get using charts as a reference, but when fundamentals dramatically change aren’t you referencing a different business? What does your charting say the likely price range will be in the next month? I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s trading close to the offer price. (Based on the fundamental fact that’s the maximum value the company thought they could reasonably offer)
