Stock was manipulated from .59 rose rapidly to 1.40 and since consistently been in the red all the way down to .45 . It was played big time . You would need to check the dates starting from when it peaked around $2 . over three years ago fell as usual to .59 sat around that for some time then all the way up to 1.40 a very short period .
