I think even if cli announce 2 offtakes worth 30 mill SP wont give a dam reason being is due to the negative market sentiment around the world regarding cannibis atm ....oversupply here .... too much hemp farmers there .... too much much excuses left right and center until the us and Canadian markets settle down I just dont feel the the SP gonna reflect the good news cli is giving out and also this watchlist issue as well
