The issue is why has not AUZ been able to secure finance to date? This is something AUZ owes an explanation at least to its shareholders.
It appears there are pre-conditions which have not been met or satisfactorily addressed to lender(s) either by AUZ or SKI.
Shareholders deserve to know what the obstacles to getting large funding are for AUZ.
More importantly, if all fails can the lingering issues be addressed by potential new partners or is there something fundamental which need to be addressed internally by AUZ first? & if so, what is it?
If a negative outcome is announced today - I'd like to see AUZ very clearly explain what went wrong and why??
I remain hopeful.....
