Who are these big players though? Largest holding is under 10% followed by 7% then 3%. Hardly have the influence to make demands and the gains out of increasing holdings by a few percent ( based on others not participating in the rights issue) seems counter-productive to me in light of the share price drop we're going to end up with. I can't see this as being the likely scenario. The company could easily continue without a major shareholder or two because they're just not that major.

Interestingly all directors between them only hold 4.5mill shares and 3.1mill of those are Brookins (undoubtedly most are performance-based over t ime). Pretty poor really.
