if they have 50% of 800 at an average of 150m each, that is $60B
75m would be $30B
at break even, a total property value of $8B (total debt) would make an average of 10m for each property
i think the average would be a lot higher than that.
anyone got a better figure?
as far i know, such an estimation has not being mentioned.
