mistytrains has the right idea - simply make it quick and simple. the people at the call centre are only doing a job - watso keeps on getting calls from some mob called "freedon estates" - but watso always makes it quick and simple - with no abuse etc etc
what is worse than indian call centres, is call centres (and they seem to be staffed by good fellow australians), who offer some deal relating to property investment etc etc (which is a sure fire way to loose your money - eg westpoint ). watso would rather be abusive towards the call centres that were offering some great deal on property investment
watso is on a "do not call " register. sure the calls have dropped a lot, but they are still there.
if working in a call centre is a good job for a indian person, then so be it. if people believe in the product that is being flogged - then so be it. a fool and his money are soon parted. indeed, a fool, should never have money
