    OzJ I think you are forgetting the 1m US + $550k US debt that SAS currently have.

    Not to mention, currently 600k USD of SAS is actually secured against the 550k loan.

    SAS currently has around ~$1m of working capital based on my calculations.

    Auditors aren't signing off because there are real going concern issues with the Company.
