I always expected the NOI would require various iterations as aspects were reviewed and addressed. Al least we know that several iterations have now been done so my expectation is that we could be approaching the tail-end of this process, following the next iteration. At least it reads to me that way. I also sensed that Andrej is communicating to us that he's pulling all stops out to get this to completion, a la his reference to this being the absolute priority focus.
