To those more knowledgeable than me, is it possible that they have announced termination as they must due to expiration, but that in the coming days they announce an inked deal. Or would this be in breach of continuous disclosure obligations and keeping the market informed, I.e they would need to disclose they are still trying to work something out. I’m really wondering if this is actually AUZ just playing hard ball. Or maybe it’s just the huge disappointment with silver lining it is.
