No sympathy required here.
What others should be more worried about is if AUZ Sconi not being able to secure a partner now or in the near future the possibility of other less viable Aust Ni laterite operations being able to go ahead are,IMHO, severely dented.
If a operation with easy access to ports, infrastucture, published Gov support, access to trained workforces, established and proven mining tenements cannot move forward it does not bode well for others with none of these attributes.
Once again IMHO.
