I would have thought property's current malaise is partly because so much hot money piled into it.
Allowing SMSF, etc, to enter residential property would just add fuel to the bonfire.
This debt-fuelled binge needs to be allowed to unwind. This is especially true for property investors, who seek reliable, long term growth.
