now why would we want to hold up the price when we can let the panic sellers sell down to us? we buy now.. because we know how much she's worth. we dont need to be updated on what we already know has happened or is very close to happening. and once the confirmation does come out.. we just sit back and watch .. while others scramble to buy up whatevers available on the thinly coated offers
