is it time to act yet

Most here would know Smyth has told some, let us say, untruths to many shareholders, have proof as do others so no need to even try and defend him.

Given his very poor performance and lack of keeping us shareholders up to speed, or the truth, is it time for some sort of action.

I propose we get together, we here would own a fair amount of the company, and make him accountable for his actions, or at least tell us the truth on what is going on.

Get someone to tally our holdings if seen to have an extra effect, and send him an e-mail represented by the majority, never going to get 100%,

maybe form a committee or something,

and make this person come clean, we have very good assets and it looks like he tried to virtually give them away. I just don't know where we are at, question is does he.
Are they trying to get our copper mine, that is where the money is for sure, the oil is maybe, refinery is good, but not is Pensador got 90% of our assets.

And I want our $12 mill back, that would pay for JORC drilling.
