imo to get so many instos onboard would require certain reassurances about near-term price cayalysts.
If I was talking to FLC, I would be asking how likely IC, for example, is to close 2019.
Any manager worth their salt would be asking for the reasoning behind this answer.
So one may presume that Instos expect IC close in 2019.
I would also want to know timescales ( plural as many irons in fire), for China expansion.
Again with reasons.
