    Hi Pman - Why would OBJ/Shareholders purchase the companies (Wellfully etc) that PP has been setting up, when we are paying him to set them up via the Service Agreement which already includes cash/shares payments to PP? This makes no sense to me at all, apart from the below in yesterday's Shareholder Update:

    'Statutory paperwork to effect the transfer of shares is currently in the process of being
    executed.'
