One can only assume it's related to the imminent positioning of ZZL and MRGL as CT1's major shareholders - ZZL will probably be the biggest shareholder after the Entitlement Offer is completed. There will be some followers of Mr Zhang and Mr Malone who may not be eligible shareholders for the Entitlement Offer; however, they may still want to take a position in CT1 given the ASX track-record these two strategic investors have. That's the only reason I can think there's so much demand. If Mr Zhang assisted CT1 with business development in China, the company would be set.

Perhaps the other clue is the 4C reference to an acquisition. We've been here before. But the company value post Entitlement Offer could be much higher (depending on what the market does). If they play their cards right, this positions CT1 in a better place for an acquisition (i.e. cash at bank plus decent market cap).

There's clearly an accumulation going on (by someone or some people). We hit 0.019 today and right up to 4.10pm decent parcels were being bought @ 0.015. Obviously someone knows something
