Why aren't you buying or a holder?

I think if they had more news close other than the initial client they already announced - "upchange", then you'd think they would've released it and did a proper capital raise instead of less than half price convertible notes with a 12% interest rate.

Also, this is just the first batch. They set it up to raise up to $2 million, which is 20% dilution plus 12% interest.
